1. Agreement

By using buildwisemedia.com you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Buildwise Media LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

2. Services

Buildwise Media designs and builds custom AI systems for qualified business clients. Scope, deliverables, fees, and termination terms are governed by a separate written client agreement signed before work begins. This page does not constitute that agreement.

3. Fit requests

The fit form lets you send the Buildwise team a note about the business bottleneck getting in the way of growth. We review the note and may reply by email. Sending a note does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or promise a particular response time or outcome.

4. Pricing

We do not publish a standard price because each engagement is scoped around the client and the system being built. Final scope, fees, any third-party costs, and operating terms are governed by the separate written client agreement signed before work begins.

5. Outcome and install commitments

Client agreements may include an initial 90-day engagement, install milestones, quality-review requirements, ownership terms, and defined performance targets or measurement rules. Ninety days describes the initial engagement term; it is not a guaranteed completion date, result, return on investment, or delivery promise. Commitments apply only when written into the signed client agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The website code, design, copy, logos, and trademarks on this site are owned by Buildwise Media LLC. Client-owned assets created during paid work are owned by the respective client per the services agreement.

7. Disclaimers

Information on this website is provided as-is. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty about specific outcomes. Past results referenced on the Results page are not a guarantee of future performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildwise Media's liability arising from website use is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees paid by you to Buildwise Media in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Text messaging terms

Program: Buildwise Media Client Support. Invited existing clients may opt in to recurring one-to-one SMS/MMS messages about requests they send to Buildwise Media. Messages may acknowledge a request, ask a brief project question, provide a status update, or deliver a review or completion link. Messages are one-to-one customer support and project updates, not bulk promotional messaging.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your requests and active projects. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out: Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe, or START to resubscribe. You may also contact hello@buildwisemedia.com or call +1 (478) 606-3370. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and messaging consent are handled. Do not send patient or health information, passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other high-risk data by text.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
